Saroya belongs to the San Joaquin County and American Bar Associations, Stockton Estate Planning Council, as well as the State Bar of California. She has served on the boards of many community organizations, including San Joaquin County Family Resource and Referral Advisory Council, Catholic Charities, the San Joaquin Bar Association Barristers, Holy Cross Church Finance Council, and the Linden Cemetery Foundation.

Anthony is a former member and board member of the Rotary Club of Stockton and Stockton Rotary Endowment. He also served as a member of the Stockton Estate Planning Council and the probate committee of the San Joaquin County Bar Association.

Melissa is a graduate of the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Stockton program, a member of the State Bar of California and its Trust and Estates Section, the American Bar Association, the San Joaquin County Bar Association, and the San Joaquin Estate Planning Council.
Melissa serves as a board member for the San Joaquin Estate Planning Council, where she has served as its President. She also previously served on the Board of Directors for Women’s Center – Youth and Family Services (now Prevail) and on the Board for Linden Community Preschool as its Secretary and Treasurer.
Melissa was admitted to practice law in California in 2008. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court in the Eastern and Northern Districts of California. Eric J. Nims is a Founding Partner with more than 25 years of experience in commercial legal matters. He focuses on representing both emerging and established companies in business, corporate and real estate transactions.
His representative experience includes commercial real property purchase, sale, loan, and lease transactions; agricultural leases, purchases, sales, and financings; mergers and acquisitions; and formation and representation of corporations, partnerships, LLCs and investors. Eric also represents borrowers receiving loans from national lenders who originate loans under the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily loan programs.
Eric is currently on the Board of Trustees of the Linden Unified School District and is its past President.
